Jake licked his lips. Dealing with the Gengar and Alakazam was too easy. He wandered along the hallways of the school, looking tired. He saw Blah and G, facing an Alakazam. Interested, he walked towards them.

"Hey, is that-" Were the only things that Blah was able to spit out before the explosion fully commenced, and he was hurled several feet into the air. He was positive that he had seen Jake about to walk outside. So if Jake was alright, why had the Alakazam he was fighting come outside? Oh well, it didn't matter now. There was no way that Blah could hit the ground relatively safely after being hurled so high into the air. His only hope was if he could land on top of the school, but it was impossible... Blah silently prayed that he and G would be saved. They really wanted to learn how to become Rescuers, after all... It couldn't be the end...

G opens his eyes slowly "o-ow my head, I must have taken quite a hit" he said to himself "wait, were is Blah?" he attempted to move as he howled in pain, one of his front paws had broken.

After reaching about 100 feet into the air, Blah began to quickly lose altitude. Any second now, he would hit the ground, he closed his eyes, anticipating the pain that was about to come. But instead of hitting hard onto the ground, or dieing, or anything else like that, he came to a sudden halt. Blah opened his eyes, to observe that he had been stopped about a foot off the ground. He looked at his hands, but they showed no sign of being responsible for the miracle that had just occurred. Strange.
Blah planted his feet back onto the ground, and checked his surroundings. Not much was different, besides the huge crater that took up a large portion of the field. Luckily, the school had not been damaged by the explosion. In the middle of the crater was Machoke, Blaziken, who had regained ability over his body, and Gengar and Alakazam, who apparently had been pummeled by Jake after all. Was I just seeing things, then? Blah thought.
"Gah!!" Shouted Machoke, who was surprisingly still conscious, along with the others. "We've failed! Everybody fall back!"
Before not too long, the attackers were gone. Hold on... "G?!" Blah called. "Where are you?"

"Blah?" G responded "I-I can't really tell, I think I'm ontop of the school." Being un able to move, G simply laid down "I can't move, my paw hurts to much"

"I think I can see you!" Blah called back. He frantically looked around and noticed a ladder leading to the school roof. "Hold on! I'm coming up!" Blah ran to the ladder with haste, and started awkwardly climbing up. His sprained ankle hurt like heck, but he ignored the pain and kept climbing.

G tries his best to move as close to the ladder as he can, wiggling around.

Blah finally reached the top of the ladder, to find G, a couple of meters away, struggling to move closer towards the ladder. He didn't look too bad, except for a paw which appeared to be broken, as well as a few bruises. "Here," Blah said, picking up G, careful not to touch the injured leg too much. "The assembly must have started by now. We're going to go there and find the principal. Then we'll get everything sorted out, alright?"

G nods his head in agreement "what a crazy way to start the school year" G chucked to himself.

Jake continued walking over to the two, even as they went flying about. He saw them stop, and went over to them, grinning. "Well, nice to see you two here." He looked smug, as if he had done something great.
