The Rescuer of the Month is awarded at the end of each month to the person who has made the most rescues of other people via the code system.
How R.o.t.M. Works
Whenever someone posts a code and is in need of help, the first person to post an immediate response to the SOS cry gets the job. When you finish the job, post it in your records in the Records Thread. (Each person gets one record topic on the record thread).
You find your record in the record thread and put down who you rescued, the time and date, and so on. Here's an example...

Rescue Report- Success
Time Started- 11:41 am, October 1st, 2006
Time Ended- 12:21 pm, October 1st, 2006
Person Rescued- Made-up Name
Mission At- Mt. Thunder

And so on... just so long as you keep a record of who you saved. Also, it would a good idea to have one post per month to keep things easy... make use of the modify tool. When the next month comes around, simply double-post for the following month's report. (Examples will be done)

BULBYEDIT: As the amount of people that actively play PMD has decreased, we no longer do Rescuer of the Month. Although, once a new PMD game comes out, we'd love to continue doing something of the sort. Keep your eyes out for it.
