Darkrai, he means that Darkrai is going to start setting his plan in motion or something along those terms. Basically that means that he's evil throughout the story.

MIDIs. I still rely on your for original songs, of course. But at the time, i didn't have a song for the opening, so I ran all over the place, trying to find a song that would be suitable. And by the time I did this the other night, you were already offline.

If Rescue Team Adventures if Pokémon 1 and 1/2 (one and a half), then just put two and two together a little bit. What Darkrai exactly is gonna do will remain a secret for a little while.

And nope! No spoilers are Arceus just yet! I want to make you sit and wonder for awhile!

And as I promised, here is the first update in what I will hope to be an on-going series of regular updates. Now, it doesn't look like I have much right now... I'm still working on several other things. As time goes, I will use the things I'm importing as screenshots to show you what real progress is being done behind the scenes. Until then, just click the following links and read the description beneath them.




Name the Squirtle

Name the Charmander

These two are grouped together for the same description. You are able to name the Pokémon who join your team if they are to stay on your team and actually fight. You will now and again get guest party members, but they do not fight. Although, they will help you on your quest in some way or serve as a sort of escort mission. But right now, you have two characters who will be in your party at the start off the game- Squirtle and Charmander. Feel free to name them what you want. I do know of a code that changes the name when it is spoken in the dialog- it's part of the defult RPG Maker, so it is no problem at all to at the very least name your characters.


A Tale of Time and Space

Hopefully, you know what these two guys are- Palkia and Dialga. This is more of a continuation of the first screenshot I posted as a little teaser with Arceus in it. This is still part of the opening demo, but you don't actually encounter them in the start.


Elder Whiscash

Now we actually do get to how the game looks overall. If I can figure out how to change the screen ratio, I'd make it about half but... well, atlast I am not limited by color and sprite size anymore, unlike the RPG Maker 2003. Anyway, the screenshots featuring Arceus, Palkia, and Dialga that you witnessed before were part of a story that Whiscash, Pokémon Square's town elder, was telling you. Jobs for rescue teams have been scarce now, since it is now about a year after the incident of the meteorite. Natural disasters have calmed down and Pokémon simply don't need to be rescued anymore. The main hero ended up starting to gain an interest in myths and legends, so he often visits Elder Whiscash to partake in listening to myths and legends. (Also, do note the little emotion icons above the characters as well. It took some time to get those imported correctly.)


And that's it for today's update! Hopefully, as time goes on, I'll be able to post updates with a lot more excitement to them. But for now, this will simply have to do!
