I've been playing Super Mario Bros. for over 16 years now, and I'm just fine.
Also, Ryuga, but it's as what Dante said. It's also part of our FAQ as well, so just do the simple procedures of being a good member and such and you may have you chance, someday.
...anyway, I only logged back in for a minute because I noticed something. Originally, I went to bed because I was tired, but then remembered I left the internet on. I decided I'd check through the forum real quick, see what posts have been made and such, then just turn it off. I looked at this topic and realized that, oddly Jose wasn't promoted yet, despite the fact I already said I did.
Jose, sorry about that. I swear to God I promoted you after I posted that post. Maybe it just didn't read my cookies right or something... but right now, it says Trainee for your rank and such. Hopefully, it will stay that way too.

Sparky- I personally great you're a great member, but the rest of the staff do think you're just a bit too immature right now. However, I don't put it past you since of a certain thing I won't mention right now. But hey, despite that fact, just work on the maturity a bit more and you're gold. LOL ERROR! |

Alright, let me throw this all out to you guys! Right now, with the release of Pokémon Mystery Dungeon: Explores or Darkness/Time coming out very soon, we the staff are holding some staff meetings right now. We'll be discussing various things over the next few days, and today's subject was a staff reorganization. Namely, this will be our sixth one. It's a minor one, but one none the less. We bring atleast one new trainee onto the staff- MGOS! For certain now, he is now part of the staff. Once I finish posting this topic, I'll give him the promotion. Second of all, though we finally agreed to make the next member a trainee, it would depend if he returns to us. This would be Jose. ...I'll be honest with you right now. If Jose is reading this, please don't hold it against myself or the other staff who share the same opinion. You did rub us the wrong way for a long while when you joined and it left a sour taste in our mouths because of that. However, over the months, you have become a more responsible member to the forum and we have agreed to suck in our personal thoughts about you and bring you aboard the staff as a trainee. We hope we can get over our first impression of you and see you as a better person- bringing you amongst us we think is a good first start. In future staff meetings, you will be included and will expect you to perform to our standards. That last part is also pointed to MGOS as well- make us proud. A third person was also brought into consideration, but was voted down by the majority of the staff. This person is Clario- sorry bud, I tried. However, we have agreed to check back on you in about a month to see if you have improved. We'd like you to post a little bit more in boards outside the RP board and updating your videos and guides. Wonderful contributions, but we want a little bit more out of it... but if you do, you will probably be a trainee this time next month. Lastly, I will announce average members at this moment that might be future staff if they continue with their great contributions to us or improve. They are these three as follows. I'll list each detail of what we expect if you do want to earn a saff rank in the future. Evan- Some of the staff seem to enjoy your company recently, though you are not entirely active with us. (But I can obviously see why) But if you do want to become a future staff, all that you really have to do is keep up a good activity here and it should be no problem for you to be onboard with us. Topaz- AKA, CM8. Though you are mature and an active member here, I'm hesitant myself in making you a trainee again because of you lack of interest last time around. Some members of the staff say that you actually do want this spot back, but I'm skeptical. Right now, you'll have to prove me wrong and show you do want the responsibilities of staff again because I really do not want to go through the process of what happened last time again. Alright, and that should do it for today! If Jose does decide to return, he will be promoted to Trainee. MGOS is a Trainee now, while Clario, Topaz, Sparky, and Evan are on a sort of probation and will be taken into consideration for the next staff reorganization. So, until then, give a hand to Jose and MGOS!  NO!!! When is the next staff reorganization? And what are the requirements? By the way, i am not grave digging because this is a sticky thread |

The staff reorganizations occur whenever the R.S. decides that there should be one. And I don't know what the requirments are. Congrats MGoS and Jose. And Darkrai, I know you really want to be staff so I wish you good luck.  |

There are no requirements, just act cool, be nice, and try to have good typing. Eventually the staff will recognize this and hold a vote, if you get voted good for you. I am going to have to work on it more then anyone though, i wont get voted to staff for at least another two years, but i can wait, i may never become staff, but it is alright with me, everything in life just takes time, everything falls how it is suppose to in the end, so anyone out there hoping to be staff good luck, you guys can become staff if you try hard enough and give it all you got. So just give it all you got and remember it takes some time before these things can happen, so don't worry if they don't vote for you. You will have another chance, it will just take some time, and in that time you can make your worthiness even more noticeable. So just get out there and give it all you got! Good luck!

Well, the next staff reorganization might occur soon, because we are looking to replace Torrey. You could be staff, but do not get your hopes up. There are many other members wanting to be staff, too.
EDIT: Also, the staff already voted for either Sparky, Topaz, or Evan.

It would be nice to be staff, but I don"t really want to be staff, don't get me wrong, if someone asked I would accept it and do all I could, but having people ask me things everyday would be a challenge, but I could deal with it, ive done it before.
(WTF, is up with the profile views? Damn it, people stop looking at my profile!)
