I would like to congratulate RTC's newest admin- Talim Rave.
Now, before I continue on with anything else, allow me to fill the rest of you in on something, ok? I'm going to be leaving RTC soon. However, this is not perminant. I will be back someday, I just don't exactly know when. You see, I'm getting ready to move right now. Not a couple miles down the road though. Try a couple thousand miles- we're moving cross country. Where I'm at now, I'm living in Pennsylvania, not too far from the Ohio border. Where we're going to be moving to is somewhere between Arizona and Oklahoma. We're more than likely going to be in either Texas or Oklahoma. That's still about 2,000 miles away.
Because I won't be around for awhile, that's why I was looking into a new admin while I'm away. But even when I return, the change will more than likely be perminent.
However, I'm not leaving at this exact moment. I'm probably going to be gone in about a week though, maybe two weeks. But I thought I would promote Talim now so I can teach her some of the basics of the new powers.
Now, my reasoning for choosing Talim.I pinned a couple names on a dartboard and let it rip. I'm often times on my MSN Instant Messanger almost everynight and I see Talim there a lot. We've been talking to each other a whole lot and only see that she's obviously pretty smart and responsible. Though I do respect Bulby and Clario as well, I saw a more potential leadership within Talim. Though she may not know the ProBoards administrative functions too well, that's why I'm going to teach her about powers. I believe that she already has the right mind to do the job well and once she learns the basics, she should be fine. She is on of the staff members that I trust the most to get the job done. Not saying that I don't trust the other staff, mind you. I just saw more leadership in her is all.
Everyone, I expect you to honor my choice. Once I'm gone, Talim is in high command. What she says will go, unless I stop by for a vist and don't agree with it. But I doubt stuff like that won't have a high chance of happening- that's why I trust her.
