I'm uaualy up on front counter, but they put me back on the grill from time-to-time now. I used to be on grill all the time before I requested to try a new spot out. Usualy, people have an extremly hard time learning everything on the computer-registure, but I picked it up on my first day, and easily handled a bus that pulled in! And a lot of people like talking to me when I'm up there... I make them laugh... that's the only time I get over my shyness. Well, that and internet forums.

Oh yeah, we're getting off topic, aren't we...?
Uh, something you may not know...oh. I'm extremely good at rail shooter and light-gun games. I can score an extremely high accuracy rate (as my earlier message showed, I get over 60% easily on Time Crisis 4) and my reaction time is great, too. I used to play Wild Gunman over a friend's house, and that helps to hone the reflexes...even if the score doesn't go over 99999 points. Also, it always annoyed me that in Mode B, if you shoot one guy and the other pastes you, you don't get points for the first guy.
Speaking of Wild Gunman, that game gave me the willies with the "You Lose" music when you get shot. For some reason, "Taps" in general does that to me. Also the teeth gritting looks dumb. I don't like how everyone sidles over to you. It looks like they're standing with their backs to a background frame. At least the guy who looks like an actual outlaw (all dirty and stuff) actually walks into place.
(continues to rant about Wild Gunman for 20 minutes)

As fun as those games may be, it will never match up to Duck Hunt (the thrill of getting 2 ducks, the agony of that stupid dog that laughs at you, and the wishful thinking of shooting that stupid dog).

Okay, while we're on the topic, I dug up a ROM of Freedom Force - an old NES light zapper game I remember playing way back when - and tried it out using the mouse as a light gun. I got to about the third stage before I died. That game's pretty tough. Also bloody, though I think that's just hitboxes.
I'll probably get ROMs of Duck Hunt and Wild Gunman and all those other light gun games no one ever played.
