I thought it was kind of weird for a Square-Enix game to be a Wii-exclusive. They don't even make games for the Wii.

Or, atleast, haven't yet. The Wii is still young- it'll get a game eventualy (*coughFinalFantasyCrystalCronicalscodenamecough*).
But Nintendo and Square Enix have worked on a Mario/Final Fantasy game once before... well, sort of. It was called Super Mario RPG: Legend of the Seven Stars. One of the best RPG games out there. Though it's all based in the Mushroom Kingdom, there is a secret battle that you can unlock where you fight a Final Fantasy character (made exclusivly for SMRPG, but had the look of a final boss for FF). While fighting "Culex", as this character was called, it played Final Fantasy battle music in the background and when you won, it played that Final Fantasy victory jingle.

Haven't you heard of it? It truely is a masterpiece of a game... one of the best I've played in my life. The game nowadays is very hard to come by, but I have a copy of it in my hands... but just so you can see what the battle looked like, look at this.

Oh god, I remember that game. It was terrific fun to play. I remember that the first playthrough I always gave myself HP bonuses. Everyone had sky-high HP at the max level. I also remember when I told my brother about the 9999 attack, but I never was able to pull it off when others were watching.

It's got to take the number 2 spot on my all-time favorite games list... the 1st place one is Kirby Super Star: 8 Games in One which was also for Super Nintendo. 3rd would be Zelda II: The Adventure of Link for the NES, which was my first game I've ever played in my life.

I was born in 1988, the Super Nintendo wasn't released until 1991. It's not all that strange. I actualy started playing my first games in 1991 for my 3rd birthday. I got my Super NES 2 years later for Christmas. (Yes, I do have a good memory of my past)
