Odd, your grammer is pretty similar to that of Charry's... Grammer isn't the only thing that's the same- their e-mail and IP address is also exactly the same. Explenation please.

However, there may be an explenation. He already admitted to knowing Charry, so maybe he went over to his house and did it or something... if it wasn't for the fact that he said he already moved to a different state. That last part really corners him, I'm afraid.

That also wouldn't explain the e-mail and the perfectly exact grammer/spelling.
EDIT: OMG, R.S., THAT WAS YOUR 1,000th POST! CONGRATS!!

And the exact same IP address. That says it's the exact same computer.

If this is indeed true, then be sure to inform me of it next time. I don't normaly allow multiple accounts unless if I'm informed of it ahead of time. I know some people have siblings and they want them to join the site. But unless if I'm informed of it ahead of time, I'll think it's just another multiple account.
As of now, the only thing that will free you now is if both the e-mail and IP address changes. Have your friend get a Yahoo! or Hotmail account (both of which are free), change the e-mail and it'll send out a cofrimation e-mail to the address. When your friend gets it and activates his account (again), I'll check back on the IP address. If it's still the same, I'm afraid I'll have to give out a warning and delete the extra account. I really do not want to do it to a good regular, but it's a rule I will have to inforce despite reputation (unless informed otherwise ahead of time).

IP addresses are an single computer's identification. The way the IP address will be changed is by logging into that account on a different computer, AKA- your friend logging into his own computer at his house. The e-mail thing is so when I ever e-mail anyone, he'll recive his own message.
I'll give you a week, alright?
