Torchic here! It's now a Blaziken and i evolved it at the perfect time with meh stradegy guide as help. ;D It IS good to evolve some Pokémon, but in some cases their stats go down as they evolve. jose?!!?how can you say that?!charmander looks way better when he is a charizard. Yes, i agree. Charizards look waaaay better than Charmanders, and at level 99 (somewhere below that, but i don't have my stradegy guide right now to check) and Charizard learns the first move that the other evolutions don't. Plus, Charizards stats are better than Charmander and Charmelon. |

Oh! I forgot, but now that i have my stragedy guide, I looked it up. It's better to keep your Pokémon a charmander up until level 49 and to 98. At level 49 it learns the last move it naturally can, Fire Spin. Because all of the evolutions of Charmander have the same exact stats in MD, you may have it be whatever form you deem the coolest.  However, at level 99, Charizard and only Charizard (in the evolution family) learns Blast Burn. At level 98 i would think it would be wise to evolve it, unless you think Blast Burn is a crappy move and could care less. Thank you, and I'll be back with my long post when the strategy guide is needed again. :-) |
