After you recruit Deoxys, you can use ALL of his forms. Each floor you go up in a dungeon he'll change forms (random order). If you use Deoxys don't bring any other Pokémon with you. If he get's in speed form you'll lose them and they could get attacked and die <.<. Unless they're high leveled don't bring any friends with you.

Although, Deoxys is a bit of a wild card. I used him by himself to explore the Wish Cave. At the begining of the dungeon, he did very well. But deeper and deeper in, it was only getting harder for him to stay alive and I was completly at the mercy of his form changes. If I was low om HP, I would beg to myself I'd get either defense form or speed form. Sometimes I ended up getting normal and attack, each time I thought I was screwed. I had only a few Reviver Seeds with me and I used each one up. I was lucky to encounter Jirachi at the end. Luckily, I found 3 Frustration TMs and I linked them all together, so I was able to beat Jirachi easily.

High Attk enemies:Speed forme Deoxys
High Def enemies:Attk forme Deoxys
High Speed enemies:Def forme Deoxys
Normal stats on the enemies:Normal forme Deoxys
