I beat my Mystery Dungeon game last night, and it was a lot of fun. Now I can go off and explore even more dungeons and such!
But I'm at a bit of a impass... at Whishcas's pond, a cave has appeared where you can evolve your Pokémon, including yourself. I'm at a high enough level to just become a Blastoise, and my partner a Charizard, but I'm not sure I really want to do that...
I like myself as a Squirtle, and becoming a Blastoise won't be the same... yet, I'll become stronger.
Hmm...

It's not the outside that matters, its the inside. I know this isn't the same type of explaination you were expecting, but I would say go for it.

What? I don't know what you're talking about. Alakazam said the same thing to Sunbble when he went into the cave and came out a Grumble. It's not the outside, but the inside that counts. But I do think I'll stick with being a Squirtle... even to level 100. |

How about just waiting until level 95 so you can have some exp. with Blastoise? I'll evolve mine at level 65-75 more pwnage.

I can evolve myself at any time because it's not like the other Pokémon games, so I can go to a Wartortle and then Bloasoise, even at level 100... atleast, so it seems.

That's complete pwnage. I hated it when I find out that I couldn't evolve during the main story.

Although, somethings still apply. You won't evolve on the spot... you know, when a Charmander eaches level 16, it becomes a Charmeleon. You won't evolve like you normaly world when you reach the level. You have to go to this cave first.
But you can't evolve before that level is reached, however. And some Pokémon will need to go into the cave with a secial item t evole.
Example- Clafair and a Moon stone
Advance Example- Onix with a Steel Coat and a Link Cable

Well, I'm not getting Steelix then. :P Thanks for tell me this. I've been watching banned episodes of Pokémon, in which I don't see why they were banned. I don't believe that episode caused 800+ seizures. Weak Japanese people. So to go off-topic.
