We've all had them, where we had a particular moment during Pokémon Battles that makes us go "FUCK YEAH".
Let me start off with a "FUCK YEAH" example I had just a few minutes ago.
I got a package in the mail from my mom today, where she sent me a care package along with the Pokémon Battle Revolution game I accidentally left behind. I just did a quick online match since I've been wanting to do so for a while and came across a trainer who put up a reasonably good fight. I used my powerful team of Tyranitar, Garchomp, and Metagross. The battle was neck-and-neck. Tyranitar did great damage to the kid's Gliscor, but fell. Garchomp finished it and nearly killed the Steelix, but the kid used Explosion and took us both down. Then we were down to our final Pokémon of my Metagross and his Breloom.
Now, this kid wasn't just randomly throwing Pokémon, he had the competitive streak going for him and the battle was really fun. So, as soon as I saw that Breloom sent on, one thing snapped in my head.
"Spore"
So I mulled it over for a moment and had to choose between trying to get a strike in, or countering what I think he was going to use with Sleep Talk. Well, I decided that I was going to bet he was going to use Spore and I used Sleep Talk. Guess what happened?
He was faster and he used Spore, putting me to sleep. Bingo! I used Sleep Talk and ended up using Meteor Mash for a Critical Hit, winning the battle! That was fucking awesome.

I want replies that contribute in some sense to the topic on hand. We can goof around now and again, sure, but that one was really just a "post count +1" kind of deal.

While I really don't care much for my post, I felt guilty for ready your entire message and not answering. So I did. Is it a crime to lie for the ones you love?!

Awesome moments in Pokémon battles? I've had a lot before...
Well, one that sticks out in my recent memory is that in that tourney I went to a few months ago, it went to the double battle round.
I had mah sandstorm team with Hippowdon, Garchomp, and Rukario, and he decimated the first and last Pokémon, leaving me with just my poor little Garchomp.
So I EQ'd because he had Dialga, and he also had a Torterra, and they both almost died. Then Torterra used Leaf Storm and almost wiped out Garchomp, but then it was Dialga's turn. He use Roar of Time and it missed, Chomp having a fraction of a healthbar left.
Garchomp being the fastest, I EQ'd and killed 'em both, barely winning. Yaaaaay random luck

Well, I don't have too many, since I don't partake in competitive battle very much, but just a few minutes ago I had one while battling Palmer with my team of Venusaur, Gallade, and Infernape.
He started out with his Milotic, and I had my Venusaur out first. I used Frenzy Plant, 'cause I figured that if I didn't take it down on this turn it would use Icebeam and KO me. So, Frenzy Plant missed, and as predicted, Milotic used Ice Beam. But it didn't KO me, rather leaving me with something like 12 health left. So, I Frenzy Plant'ed again, and KO his Milotic.
Then he sent out his Dragonair, which made short work of my Venusaur on the turn that it had to "recharge." Sent out my Infernape, missed with Close Combat, and was KO'd by Aerial Ace. Then I sent out my Gallade, and Ice Punched. I guess Dragonairs aren't as fast as I thought, because I went first, and took it down.
Then he sent out Rhyperior. I meant to use Drain Punch, but hit Ice Punch again out of absent-mindedness. Through some incredible luck, it froze Rhyperior, and then I Drain Punched and won.
Of course, in the first battle of my fourth session, I was wiped out by a Slowking somehow, but the Palmer battle was still pretty nice.
