My friend downloaded that game from Bearshare! It was hilarious about all the reprogrammed Pokémon. Shizard. You can guess what the called it.

I think it's a fake game. While I was looking for a good emu, I came across GameTalk. They said that it's highly rare to get past Mt. Moon. I'm gonna try to, but I don't know.

Yes it is a fake, they used a emulator and hacked in it. Then made it a open program game that is worldwide and downloadable. It is a hack of Pokémon Ruby/Saphire/emerald

Most likely, some emulators have that property in it and they mess with the programs. That's howw some people add their custom character in, say, Sonic 3 & Knuckles.
