Actually, I just got a call from GameStop, saying that it'll be available at 8 AM tomorrow! As for my starter, I'm definately picking Chimchar.
1. It's a flaming monkey. Automatic awesome.
2. No one else seems to like him. Except teamdestiny. Sort of...

1. I've done fire types enough for the time. I haven't picked the water starter more than once. The first time in Silver I picked Totodile because I thought it looked powerful. Than I found out that Bite was now a special attack. >_<
2. A flaming monkey makes me skeptical. While Marvel has proven that almost everything is better with monkeys, it's not EVERYTHING that's better. Like pirate witch ninja monkeys. That's doing too much.
3. You need to update your sig.

I wouldn't be getting it if it wasn't my birthday XD
Anyways, I now may just get the monkey for the heck of it, because:
1. everyone seems to be getting Piplup and
2. I like grass types, but I don't like the idea of a grass turtle (Squirtle is much better XD)

I'm getting the water one because... I'm a water kind of guy, not because it's a penguin. I've always choosen water types when I first get a game. *looks at clock*  ONLY A FEW HOURS LEFT!!! |
