Hey everyone. Incase you haven't noticed by looking at our welcome window, there has been another staff reorganization. I will explain everything in detail of what's going on in a moment.
First and foremost, you may notice that Talim's name is gone from the list. Though I personally am not happy about it, it's something that needed to be done more than wanting it to be done. To me, she was a good friend. Used to have lots of good talks and role plays online together. However, we've hardly seen hide nor hair of her for a long while. Her last login date was on December 25th, while last posts range back to the 15th of November- not good. Now I know she is very, very busy with college and may sound selfish, but I did want her to login more than that. I know I've been gone here and there myself, but atleast I've tried to keep in touch every few days by Wi-Fi or library. And when Torrey went missing for those two months, his was a different and more understandable reason. And, of course, he's back like nothing had ever happened. Talim I have not even been able to get ahold of.
So we held a staff meeting today and had a long, debating discussion on this subject particularly. Through a voting system, it was decided that Talim be demoted down to Trainee. And because of that, the admin spot sat open for a moment- not long though. Shortly after, we discussed who would take her place. The only two who I could see worthy of it was either Torrey(Still curious what you were smoking at the time) or Bulby. We discussed this and voted again- Bulby won. We debated? Was that before or after the 6 - 1 vote? ¦D So, after over a year of working for RTC, making us skins and keeping the peace of the forum, Bulby had finally claimed the spot of administrator. A round of applause for Bulby.
Next, now that Bulby's G. Mod spot was left open, we saw it only fit to give Dante a promotion as well. So, Dante is now part of the bigger dogs of the site. So, congratulate him as well. WHAT?! I don't want to be a dog! Why me!
The last thing we debated (not in this order, mind you) for staff reorganization was Clario. He's been really inactive on the site as of late, though we know he still gets on IM often. However, we also learned that Clario was planning on retiring from staff either way, so we went ahead and removed him from the staff completely. In his place, we debated on another factor of who would take his place. The options were either Riolu or Sasha. Both of them are good members here, and either one would be a good choice. But to be completely fair, we promoted Sasha- she has been here longer, after all. (Disregard her join date because it is not accurate. There was a pump in the road where she said she was going to leave, deleted her profile, but then was not mad anymore 5 seconds later and came back). (I can't stay mad very long.)
And yes, we know Sasha said she was a little busy with school lately- aren't we all? Well, as long as she hangs tight and comes back, she will naturally keep her spot on the staff. She's a pretty loyal member.
So, this is it in a walnutcaseshell.
The R.S. stays the same as admin (as always). Sadly.

Bulby promoted to admin for his hard work, dedication, massive ego, and lack of taking a bath.
Torrey stays the same *Points and laughs* HAHAHAHHA., but ends up getting a new house and a Wii and all the good stuff Don't forget my new TV, all the games I got for said Wii, and my new insanely comfortable office chair with massage which he does not actually have. Torrey is a lie.
Dante promoted to G. Mod for his loyalty to the site but is still an adopted loser with no friends and hereby fails. At least I have more friends than you do, Mr. negative 4.
Clario is removed from staff completely because inactivity, and he was going to quit anyway
Sasha promoted to Mod. for her loyalty as well
Riolu stays the same as a Board Mod., but still in good review
And that's the Staff Reorganization... for today. Believe it or not, debating all of this took about three hours to do. It was a lot of work, but I think we did well. We'll probably discuss new Trainees tomorrow, if valid. Along with that, we will be discussing a whole slew of others things, so get ready- R.T.C. may undergo a very big change very, very soon. Also, the cake is a lie. No wai, you played Portal too? That's an awesome game! >.> (FIRST EDIT AS ADMIN!) This is madness! No, wait... It's Sparta. Yeah, that's it. OVER FUCKING 9000. YEE-HAH. And the temp staff gets no mention.
