The Story Of Team Tigerleafs

I'm trying to make this as long as possible. It may be impossible but I'm going to put alot of detail of the game.

Chapter 1 - Granpa's House

“Do we have to go?” Julia told her mom after she was told she had to go to her granpa’s house.

Julia didn’t like leaving the house. She would rather stay home all day.

“Yes we do. Now, grab your DS, iPod, shoes, and coat. We’re leaving right now,” Mom demanded.

Without another complaint, Julia ran to her room to get her DS, downstairs to get her iPod, then to the closet to get her coat and shoes. She went outside to find Dad, her sister Emily, and her brother Nicholas already in the car. She hopped into her “corner” and buckled up her seatbelt.

It was a long ride. Julia played Animal Crossing on her DS while she listened to repeated songs on her iPod. She finally was there. Julia got out of the car and walked over to the door to wait for her parents. She was never allowed to go in somewhere without her parents knowing or watching.

“Hello my family!” her granpa shouted while the family came in. Julia was embarrassed.

She walked over to the living room where the Christmas decorations weren’t set up yet. It was almost Christmas. The family came in after her. They did a long chat about important things and no important things. Julia didn’t care she just played on her DS while listening to her iPod.

“Julia, tell granpa what you want for Christmas,” Mom said all of a sudden.

Julia looked up, closed her DS and asked Mom, “What do I want?”

Emily started laughing.

“Remember that DS game you asked me for?” Mom asked Julia.

“Oh yeah,” Julia remembered, “There’s this game called Pokémon: Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team. I looked it up on the internet and it sounds cool.”

“Okay,” Granpa replied, “I’ll be sure to put it on my list.”

I'm a bit confused.

"Remember that DS you asked me for?" Shouldn't that be game?

Nontheless, 8/10. A few mistakes, nothing TOO noticable. Since this is a prologue, I'll bump it to a 9/10.

Oh. Sorry I typed that really fast. I'll fix it. I'm almost done Chapter 2.

Chapter 2 - The Day After Christmas

“Is Granpa coming?” Julia asked. She was so exited to get her new game.

“He should be on his way,” Mom replied.

About 10 minutes later a white van came in the driveway and Julia screamed, “Granpa’s here!”

Granpa came into the house with presents - big and small. He put the presents on the table and then sat down on the comfy couch.

“Can I open mine, Granpa?” Julia asked, trying to sound like an angel.

“Of course dear,” Granpa agreed, “Dig in!”

Julia dug in the pile and grabbed all the presents that said ‘To: Julia’ on them and put them on the floor in a nice empty space. She ran over to the table and grabbed her DS which she put there to use after she opened her presents. Julia found the small, square shaped present and dug into it.

“Remember to open all the presents Julia,” Mom told Julia.

“Yeah I know,” Julia agreed as she dug in the present even more. She was planning on opening it, then to play it, and then open the rest of the presents but her plans just got destroyed.

Julia ripped, and ripped, and ripped. Finally, there it was. She was actually holding it in her hands! She put it down beside her DS and dug into the other presents. They were mostly all…um…clothes but she just put a smile on her face to make sure that Mom would let her play it after she’s done. When all the presents were unwrapped, she opened the DS game case and put the game in her DS.

She started the game. It looked so cool. She put the sound on as loud as possible. Time for the quiz. She answered the questions as truthfully as possible. A picture of a Psyduck was shown on the screen.

“I’m a Psyduck!” Julia screamed and shut off the DS. She can’t be a Psyduck!

Julia turned the DS on again and did the quiz one more time. She was a Squirtle - one of her favourite Pokémon.

And that’s when the Squirtle, Julia, has been created. When the story now mentions ‘Julia’, it is Squirtle.

Wow, lots of people are writing stories now! This one is good. You should keep going. I'll give it an 8 out of 10!

Well, yeah. I'm going to admit it. The first time I did it I was a Psyduck but the second time I got a Squirtle. I still answered truthfully on both quizes though so I'm kind of...both.

Thanks Dante. The next chapter is related to the game. The first 2 were sort of Introductions.

That's cool. I hope it comes out very soon! As for me, I actually got Psyduck the first few times, too. I wasn't wanting anyone specific, but I just couldn't get myself to play as Psyduck. It was the fact that I was the "LONELY" type. My...so confusing.

I was hoping for a water Pokémon but...not Psyduck.
