I'm not really dispositioned toward any one region, cept Sinnoh. Don't pick that.
Hoenn would be interesting with all of its water, and you could do Johto and Kanto together seeing as they are right next to one another.
Orre is an okay idea, seeing as how it would allow us to create our own region essentially. Making up gyms, and a league, and even the fact that it is so far away from all other regions would allow us to use Pokémon from all five regions.
So my vote is that we do an RP in a traditional region until we gain enough members to actually plausibly do Orre. It'd take some real effort on everyone's part to do Orre and make up everything in the region, so I say wait until we have enough active members.
So yeah, advertise peoples so we can have an awesomesauce role-playing.

Hmm, so far, everything is just running neck-in-neck between the five options. Well, technically four. I'd like for other people to vote... but watch, I'll jinx myself. I'll say I want other people to vote and they just vote for the remaining options, getting us nowhere. Well, that's why my tie-breaker vote will come in handy.
Oh, and there really isn't a close date for this poll, it is just whenever I feel like it. It could be right now, could be next month or next year. But honestly, I'll probably close it before this month is over, so get going on voting!
EDIT:
As of right now, I'm getting rid of the old RP boards, except for the Part Board. All threads will be archived, but the boards themselves will be deleted. This is because I'll be preparing new boards right now in advance just so they are there. However, these boards will be hidden from normal view. Aside from that, they'll pretty much be blank anyway until we figure out which region we'll be doing. It is just so I can properly place some of the other non-region pertaining stuff, like the trainer guidelines and RP Rules.

Okay guys, we have one week left in this poll! If you haven't voted on this matter yet, vote now! Man, I am really hating all of you right now. I send out a reminder PM to you all a few days ago and nobody has STILL voted? What, you think you don't count or an exception? Well, so does everybody else who didn't vote either! And guess what? We're still at the same point as we were before! AND IT IS ALL YOUR FAULT.
Okay, I'm giving this until 6 PM tonight my time, EST: That's when I go to class. If nobody else casts a vote, I'll finish the poll off with my tie-breaker. Orre is a damn desert. And I hate the desert.
Still, you guys better help out with this if it does (and at this point probably) wins. I'm not going to recreate a whole entire region by myself while everybody just sits and watches. This includes towns, badges, plot, bad guys, wild Pokémon, whatever.
