Ok guys. Good news... maybe. Because of certain events that have been going on with the staff, we almost have no one to watch over the forum, save for Riolu, Sasha, and myself whenever I get the chance to get to the library. Because of this, the forum rules will not be able to be properly enfourced.
Right now, until some of the main staff get shit organized, we are looking into temporary staff to help out. So, applications will be taken and judged to see if we have any worthy members.
However, let me fore-warn you on a couple of things. This is only temporary. You will not have all the powers that most staff members would. Call it a cross between a normal Moderator (like what Dante is now) and a Board Mod (like what Riolu and Sasha are now). Things in the staff board will be accesible to you. You may or may not have the power to ban people. Depends. You may have the power to edit profiles, but only for warnings. Don't go screwing with people's profiles for fun, or I will give you punishment.
It may be rather tough, because I'm actualy asking some of my other friends from Chao Club to help me out with this. If I can atleast get two or three of them to help me out temporarly, no applications may be taken. However, if you give me a good aplication, you may be considered for a future staff reogaization when it occurs.
Anyway, guidlines for the staff applications.
~Provide reasons to why you would be good with helping me out with this.
~It is prefered that you have good, prior experience on how to run a forum. Also, just because you made a forum doesn't mean you are experienced enough; I know there are many failure of forums out there. Provide a link to the forum you help moderate/administrate and I will judge if it is good reference or not.
~God, please have decent spelling and grammar. Staff are role models for other members, and we can't have staff running around who don't even know what a period is.
~Reasons like "i am a good staff can i b staff plz" will automaticly be ignored.
~Must have full understanding of my forum's rules and regulations.
Like I said, even if you don't get on staff because of the possible aid from Chao Club, then atleast have contentment with knowing that you might be considered for a next staff reorganization. And if you really blow me out of the water when you are promoted to Temporary Staff, then you might just be on staff in the end. Maybe as a Trainee at first (with loss of some powers), but staff either way.
Now, the last thing... send all applications to me via private messages. If you post any here, you will automaticly be denied a spot. And do not persist me with constant PMs about if I haven't responded or anything. I will not respond to any of them, and flooding my mailbox with the same thing over and over again won't help you either.
