After much thinking and consideration, I finaly decided on doing a little staff reorganization. I came to this conclusion because of some recent events.
Bulby101 and Latios have both been domoted to Rescue Team Trainies (AKA- Board Mods) due to of their recent inactivites. This was very hard for me to do because they were my first staff and were good members. Latios showed great promise as a moderator and a regular member. He then started getting on less and less, now barely even on at all.
Bulby101 was even harder to demote. He helped me tremendiously with the site's codings and made us the awsome Plant, Fire, Water, and Legendary skins for us. He was someone who I truely appreciated in the begining, helping me give Rescue Team Chaotix the nudge it needed to get going. He has nowadays rarely shown himself since mid December. He claimed to be back for awhile, but then vanished again.
Latios, Bulby, thank you so much for helping me out in the begining. I hope both of you may come back someday and earn you spots back. You will both be sorely missed.
Now that my 2 high staff have been demoted, some new promotions were needed to help get some work done. Two members who have shown dedication and promise to the site were Clario and Dr. Pokémon (known as Dylan righ now). Both of them have been promoted to Rescue Team Mods. for their dedication and help on the site. Although, the Rescue Team Offical (Global Moderator) spot now sits empty and either one or the other will earn this spot. I need to test them to see who will be more worthy.
Also, a very regular member by the name of CM8 is on probation righ now for a possible Trainie (Board Mod) spot. I will decide to go with that or not at a later time.
Further promotions will be announced.
