About a few weeks ago (maybe even a whole month, I don't remember exactly) I made an affiliate request, but it never got responded to

What method did you use in an attempt to affiliate with us? I checked through my PMs for the past 3 months and didn't even see a PM from you. Looked through some topics here on the forum where it would be appropreate to post and affiliation request and found nothing. I then double checked my e-mail and still found nothing from you.
Did you maybe contact another one of the staff members? If so, maybe they forgot or something. But either way, all affiliation requests only go through me and I haven't even got word of a request from you.
UPDATE:
I found something that maybe was mistaken for an affiliation request. While checking through the advertising section again, I noticed you were advertising for a place called the Rescuer's Legend. Then Dr. Pokémon said he'd like to affiliate with your sit with his. I believe he meant his site, not my site. But this was made about a week ago, so it might not be what you were thinking. I still don't remember getting a request from you.

First, what site is it? Is it the Rescuer's Legend or some place else? I think it's probably R.L. since they have my affiliation tag on their site.
