We now have an official update on the status of the 3DS and it is confirmed that the United States is going to be getting the system on March 27th, 2011 for a retail price of $249.99. This comes right on time shortly after Pokémon Black & White versions come out for us, too! I've also added the day in the calendar. I'm not all that happy that future Pokémon Games will be on it.:/ I mean.. I am, but I wish it was DS Lite compatible.

Yeah, it only costs the same as a Wii when it first came out. Yet, why do I feel like it would still be entirely worth it?

The price for the Wii was about the same as the 3DS in Japan, so this being the same price as the Wii over here seems very reasonable. |

I'm not getting it immediately because I have preordered 2 so that I can sell them at a higher price, while I laugh at the obsessed fools willing to pay $400 for it and roll in my money as well. I want to try to get my hands on one ASAP, which means I've gotta pick up the pace looking for a job. Again. Who knew it was so fucking hard to get employed in the middle of fucking downtown Pittsburgh? When I was living back in Arizona, one of the most economically depressed places in the country, mind you, I had to only put in one application and I was hired on the spot.
