I reccommend getting it, its pretty fun. You can still post in the other forums but some of them require owning the game, such as the SOS section.

Rivals as in we see who can get the most rescues. We currently don't have one, but R.S. is looking.

Rival sites are solely (or mainly) based on Pokémon Mystery Dungeon and doing rescue missions. Unless your site is all about rescue missions, your not a rival site.
