Well, all you have to do is make an account to post there. It won't take more than 5 minutes, and you don't even have to activate your account to post.

My parents don't like letting me register for anything, ever. I was lucky to be able to join the Chao Club forums. And what if someone 12 or under needs help?

Well show your parents that Pokémon isn't 'mature'. Plus we refrain from using curse words even though it is allowed here.
But if you are under 13, as much as i would hate it, I would have to agree with Elekible. You can't register for the forums, unless you lie. I think that R.S. should lower the age thing to 10 because the majority of people who play Pokémon is under 13.
