squirtle : lvl 27

torchic: lvl 27?

absol : lvl 26 (maybe 27)

Bring lots of Gravelrocks to throw at him when he is far away. Bring Link Boxes too so you can link your moves when he is right next to you.

Shock Wave(Great for Far-Off Enemies)

Iron Tail(Great for Close Combat)
Sceptile:Solar Beam(Great for Around Corner Enemies)
Giga Drain(Great for when HP Is Low)
Leaf Blade(High Critical Hit Ratio)
Bullet Seed(Makes a Good One Hit KO if Hits 5 Times)
Absol:Wide Slash(Great for Close Combat)
Vacuum-Cut(Great for Wiping out all Enemies on Floor)
Sword Dance(Great for Raising up Attack)
Bite(Great for Cringing Pokémon)

That sounds like a good idea, you should do what JTP says

I also have some advice,

1) Try changing your teammates' tactics while battling Rayquaza, if your partner is dying, set its tactic to get away, its important your main partner doesn't die, it doesn't really matter about the Absol though
2) Try bringing some Reviver seeds with you

Yeah, Jose the Pikachu and thundermew have a point. Level doesn't really matter but Tactics and Reviver Seeds do.
