When that happens you may request a rescue by posing the SOS Mail code here. *Activates Strategy Guide Nerd Side* Well, on floor 40 of Stormy Sea you fight Kyogre and can possibly recruit it on the first try. If it doesn't join then no worries, you can come back and try again. *Strategy Guide Nerd goes away* Ah, glad that's over, he scares me  |
