Depends on what dudngeon you're in. Go to your options screen and choose a box called "Possible Recruits". If it says either "None" or "No Pokémon Will Join You In This Dungeon", then there is a 0%.
But I think Wurmple can join your team in... Joyous Tower or something. However, I could be wrong.

yeah you can't recruit anybody in tiny woods...
