who should be mty third Pokémon

Yes but it is really hard to get but I was thinking Jirachi but I have to do wish cave but it wolud take a long time to get up there.

They should be in western cave or on of the places after you beat the game once but I don't know exactly

It's in Western Cave, thats where I got mine. Deoxys is a good ledgendary.

Raikou. Great Electric Pokémon. Teach it Shock Wave, Thunderbolt, Thunder/Attract and Agility.

I'd put Ivysaur on the team. Sleep Powder rocks, and you get more weakness coverage.
