Last night i was going through the last of the Rescue Teams that you fight in the Makuhita Dojo and i saw that Team Hydro gives you 2900+ exp! I keep beating them over and over and in a matter of about 10-15 minutes I had leveled up! Twice! For both Blaziken and Metang!
Just thought I should share this great leveling technique.

Do that but take a articono with powder snow you can own almost all the poke instantly. Just be carful of blastoice because he can take a powder snow.

Well then articuno would take some exp then and its not hard to defeat Team Hydro anyway...
