To recruit Deoxys, you must first recruit Lugia. The day after Lugia is recruited, Xatu will be at your doorstep and a cutscene will come in. After that you wil have access to Meteor Cave in which Deoxys (normal forme) resides on floor 20. On floors 1-19, there will be nothing but mirages of Dexoys in his attack, defense, and speed forme. To get to the next floor of the cave, you must defeat one of deoxy's mirages.

Here's a tip for taking on this dungeon...
You must enter alone and you can only carry 3 items with you (excluding your hold item, so basically 4 items).
The items you'd want to most likely carry with you are...
Huge Apple
Reviver Seeds
I carry 2 Huge Apples and one Reviver Seed.
The illusions of Deoxys aren't all to tough, only having about 200 HP each. And even though this level doesn't have many floors, each floor can be pretty large and there is only one Deoxys per floor, making for a long walk around. Because of this, I'd recomend the X-Ray Specs so you can track Deoxys down quickly.
Although, Deoxys is tricky- he can even travel over water. And if you're not adapt to go over water, you many not find him. And make sure you're quick about taking him out- he sometimes uses Teleport and you'll have to track gim down again.
On the 20th floor is the real Deoxys. He's not that much tougher than the illusions. Only diffrence is that the real one has about 1,000 HP but attack power and such are the same. But it shouldn't be too hard if you saved your moves. (The illusion Deoxys also know Pressure, making you PP go down quicker).
Each Deoxys is worth about 660 EXP normal, 1,120 if you use a move (this includes the real Deoxys).
Deoxys is at level 35.

If you don't faint from hunger- that's the tricky part.
I gained access to this dungeon earlier today. Pretty easy except for the hunger part. Although, there aren't many traps and this place is loaded with cash! Nothing but cash, but it's still very nice.

Yea, I can barely understand you, but I think you mean that for Deoxys its recruitment is special. It means you cannot recruit the other formes of deoxys, only normal on 20F.

Btw...
Deoxys Mirages have 175 HP.
Either that, or I'm hitting higher than I think I am.
