If you need advise on how to get through a dungeon, then the Pokémon Mystery Dungeon General board will be suited for that. But when all your team members faint, you'll be asked if you want to send out for help. Say yes and tell it that you want a password for the SOS signal. When you recive that signal, you then post it in this SOS Mail board.
But because this isn't an actual SOS Signal, it'll be moved to the PKMN MD General board.
