In truth, I don't exactly like legendaries on my team. Probably because they make your other Pokémon look much less powerful than they really are.
Then again, I don't exactly condone capturing and using legendaries. Usually I just capture them to get data.

I agree with CM8 I never use my Legendaries after I get them I just stick with the Team I made & thats it

Arceus is my overall favorite. Unlike most people, I use legendaries in a symbolic manner and always as a last-resort, since I never have more than one legendary on my team (unless a certain trainer uses nothing but legendaries or I get uber-steamed at the Elite 4 and Champion). Arceus as the Creation Pokémon, opens for me pathways once locked away by the defeat of the rest of the team.

Mew. For the fact that it's not the strongest Pokémon on the team. In fact, it's probally the weakest. But I love it just the same ^^

Articuno for me. I've always liked it. Suicune, Latias, and Lugia are all really cool too though
