Sorry, I'd like to see what people thought was the worst battle they fought.
Mine was when I had a Shedinja in front, and the guy had... a PORYGON. Porygon copies Shedinja's Wonder Guard... a pain. I did beat it somehow though. Don't know how. XD

The fourth gym leader from Pokémon Ruby.... the father. >_<
I have a level-40 swellow, level-36 frog Pokémon..sweapet? and a level- 29 Linnone and a lousy level-20 root Pokémon.
In the end my root Pokémon pwned the leader's best Pokémon, a level-36 fat ape, with bullet seeds. The battle goes like that:
Singer fainted! Fat Ape killed it!
Curious fainted! Fat Ape killed it!
Froggy Fainted! Fat Ape killed it!
Sent out Roots!
Fat Ape: Focus punch
Roots: Bullet seed.
Fat ape can't move!
Fat Ape: Focus punch
Roots: Bullet seed.
Fat Ape: Focus punch
Roots: Bullet seed.
Fat ape can't move!
After namy, many bullets seeds later...
Fat ape was defated!
