Cobalion Sacred Sword (Should I replace with Close Combat when I can?) Iron Head Stone Edge Aerial Ace
Boldore (Soon to be Gigalith.) Stone Edge Earthquake Strength Explosion (Hooray...)
Samurott Hydro Cannon Hydro Pump Ice Beam Dig
Dragonite Outrage Aerial Ace Earthquake Fire Punch
Zekrom Draco Meteor (Will be Outrage later) Fusion Bolt (Will be Bolt Strike later) Fly Flash Cannon
Kyurem Ice Beam (I'll replace it with Outrage later on) Stone Edge Psychic Flash Cannon
So what do you think?

Boldore might want to run a stalling move, like Protect or something, rather than Strength. Samurott should definitely run Earthquake over Dig. Kyurem isn't the greatest in general, but if you're using it, I would recommend going with replacing Psychic with Outrage, getting rid of Flash Cannon, and replacing that with Focus Blast or Fire Blast/Flamethrower. But I can't say for certain, so I think you should test it against me in Pokémon Online.

Samurott CANNOT learn Earthquake, as far as I know. Only damaging Ground move it can know is Dig, I think. Boldore, maybe I will, but I'm trying to make it so that there are moves that cover as many weaknesses of the Pokémon. Kyurem can't learn Fire Blast or Flamethrower and Focus Blast is inaccurate. Psychic covers the Fighting type weakness, Flash Cannon covers the Rock weakness, Dragon or Ice covers the Dragon weakness, and the only weakness left is Steel, which doesn't really have very powerful attack, usually. And maybe I'll get Protect, but only reason I have Strength is so that I can push some boulders (funny pun) and Normal type moves are only resisted by Steel and Rock and doesn't effect Ghost, so Strength can be useful with Boldore's high attack. Explosion is really only for last ditch like say, I have 2 Pokémon left, opponent has one, my Pokémon other than Boldore is weak to opponent's last Pokémon, Boldore's only in for last ditch, really. But thanks for the advice. Also, should I replace Sacred Sword with Close Combat later on?
EDIT: Actually, I'll replace Flash Cannon with Focus Blast for Kyurem, because I realized that Focus Blast covers the Rock and Steel weakness so I can have moves that cover all the weaknesses.

Just covering their weaknesses isn't necessarily the most important priority. For example, when running a Scizor, it's only weakness is Fire. That doesn't mean that you should necessarily run a move that hits Fire for super-effective damage. I like running Bullet Punch, Superpower, Pursuit, and U-Turn. None of those hit Fire-for super-effective damage, but I can always switch to something resistant.
As for your Kyurem, say I got it down to low HP, and sent in a Conkeldurr. Your best bet would not be staying in and trying to get in a Psychic. Rather, you should switch out to Dragonite since you would resist Mach Punch.
And Dig sucks. Replace it. With something. Water+Normal is a great attacking combination, so Return is a good option there.

Thanks for the advice. I do agree that most 2 turn moves suck. Only reason I want to put in moves that counter weaknesses is that I think switching Pokémon is somewhat a waste of time. If you switch in a Pokémon, that Pokémon gets weakened. With Samurott, I'll go to the Move Relearner and relearn Revenge. Revenge is pretty good since Fighting super effectives 5 types so that's pretty useful.

Okay, another scenario:
I send out Gyarados. You send out Kyurem. You decide to use Stone Edge. I switch to Flygon. Not KO'ed by Stone Edge, or maybe it even misses. Super-effective Earthquake to KO you.

Perhaps, but Earthquake doesn't super effective Ice. In fact, Ice is 4x super effective against Flygon because of it's Ground/Dragon typing. Also, with Cobalion, I'm replacing Aerial Ace with Close Combat because my friend pointed out that even Sacred Sword has more power than a Aerial Ace that's super effective.

Oh, sorry. Super effective Stone Edge or Draco Meteor, then. And I'd go first, so it'd likely be a OHKO.
