hey do you have rare Pokémon in Pokémon emerald or all those gameboy games just slip the game into the gameboy game slot and you can transport your Pokémon onto Pokémon pearl or diamond and in Pokémon ranger you can find the manaphy egg and transport it to Pokémon pearl of diamond

Yes but you need to use pal park I've heard of something that you might be able to transfer
Pokémon from Pokémon d/p over to emerald as well but that is only possible thrue getting all Pokémon including the Nintendo Event ones & probably Pokémon company might make another Nintendo event in which you can get Arceus,Darkrai,& Shaymin but enough of that you might learn a way to Transfer Lucario into Emerald either thrue Hacking,AR(GS as well)or
In every Nintendo Event

You can't transfer Lucario into Emerald because he's a 4th generation Pokémon. It won't let'cha. And even if you hacked, it would fatally glitch the Emerald game. And by that, I mean it won't start up again. Ever.
Actually, you can get ALL Shinnoh Pokémon by trading or catching. Manaphy will be the only one that will be difficult to get. Phione won't, because Manaphy breeders will be handing them out like crazy. (Such as... me! :3)

Actually In the New ARs that are coming out in Winter shall host cheats to get 4th Generation Pokémon into Emerald but the shame is cheating & the Answer is yes I used an AR when I was 7
