Alright, I'll be heading on now.
EDIT: Hold on, I forgot I need to enter my new Wi-Fi info to my DS since I'm at my other aunt's place. It'll be a few more minutes.
EDIT AGAIN: I can't find the WEP Key for this internet, so I'll have to wait for them to come home before I can access it with my DS.

Seems like its gonna take a while. In case you can't connect (or already did but I wasn't there) I'll try and see if I can find others to help me. Thanks anyway though. I might just make a Scizor somehow but if you can, my DS is still on and it'll be like that for awhile.

If you're willing to the take the chance of losing it, you can put it up on the GTS for something that doesn't legally exist (e.g. a Level 9 or under Darkrai), do a different trade on the GTS, then take it back and it'll evolve. I don't know if it's a glitch or a feature, but it works for all trade evolvers in all gen IV games.
