I only recently started watching that again. I'm just amazed Jessie, James, and Meowth are still there... I last watched Pokémon, like, 10 years ago and thought Team Rocket died loooong ago.

I call it "The Mother Brain Syndrome". Simply put, it's a plot device where the villains repeatedly forget important facts between episodes.

I only recently started watching that again. I'm just amazed Jessie, James, and Meowth are still there... I last watched Pokémon, like, 10 years ago and thought Team Rocket died loooong ago. Yeah! I watched it when i was 6, about... 8 years ago, and Team Rocket was retarded back then. Although, so were Ash and Misty and Brock... always with the "AAAH" at totally obvious stuff you learned 10 minutes ago... How retarded is the show now? Do they still have the flashing backgrounds with them going "USE RAZOR LEAF" or some animation that they use over and over to save money because they're lazy...? Wow, i think i just ranted...  |

I dunno, I only caught 4 episodes so far. But they did return to Pewter City Gym and found it to be... "redecorated". Also, Brock's Onix evolved into a Steelix. And, once again, Ash and his friends were fooled by Team Rocket to think they were totaly diffrent people. You must think they're blind since they can't tell who they are by their voices. Meowth's disguise consisted of... a hard hat. They had no clue it was him, even though they never encountered another talking Meowth before. But once the hat feel off... ZOMG!!! IT IS TEH MEOWTH OF TEAM ROCKETZ!!1

Once again, R.S., a perfect example of the Mother Brain Syndrome. You'd think they'd just try something simple. For example, here's an idea for capturing that Pikachu using only a Cubone, a Bulbasaur, and a pair of rubber gloves.
1) Bulbasaur uses Sleep Powder to put the group to sleep, including the Pikachu.
2) Thief walks over wearing rubber gloves with Cubone next to him.
3) Thief picks up Pikachu while Cubone holds its bone upwards to attract and absorb any electrical attacks the Pikachu may use.
4) Thief, Cubone, and Bulbasaur all walk off into the distance.
It's so easy, I could do it.

Well, the nearby wall-mart could be... in another dimension because Pokémon really is a future cast sci-fi show/game. Sphereical objects that take in matter at will... Honestly, what are the odds that the phrase "Spice Girls" would appear in two galaxies? lol
