Actually, the sad part is that they have good ideas. What the need to lose is that damned balloon.

Yeah, but I think we need just new Bad guys. Period. That actually captue some of Ash's guys some time. That would be H-I-L-A-R-I-O-U-S!

*Ash captures a Bulbasaur and Team Rocket come in and take the pokeball and succeed*

Still, Team Rocket members are not posers, and actully have a mission, unlike Team Aqua and Team Magma. Okay, they did have a mission too, but a really stupid one.
And Team Galixy has BOWL CUTS.
